Funded legal aid
You may be eligible for government-funded legal aid if your aggregate income as a single person does not exceed €31,100, or if your aggregate income as a married couple (partners living together or registered partners) does not exceed €44,000.
Depending on the amount of your income, you may owe a personal contribution ranging from €208,- to €875,-.
You can also receive a reduction of €61 on the personal contribution if the Legal Help Desk has drawn up a diagnosis document.
Together we will then consider whether you qualify for financed legal aid.

Hourly rate / fixed price
If you do not qualify for funded legal aid because your tax income is too high, we will provide our services based on an hourly rate.
We use an hourly rate of €250.00-, excluding 6% office expenses and 21% VAT.
In consultation, fixed rates can also be agreed upon.
The exact amount depends on the type of case and its complexity.
